"Boo Borquez"

How we came to have "Boo"...

In December 2008 during the horrible snow storm we had, A cute little Jack Russel showed up. He was freezing and lost. We put up fliers and called around. Mom actually let him stay inside. Since it was way too cold for a Jack outside. My Dad had always wanted a little house dog, And asked Mom if we didn't find his home could we keep him. Mom actually agreed! They called him "Jack". He was so cute, Brown and white. With a face mask and Brown tail. Even Coal loved him. Christmas morning his real owners called. Mom and Dad were sad to see him go. But glad that he was found.

Mom and Dad were sad, And missed having a little house dog. Then she happened upon the best thing ever...
She was looking at Craiglist and just happened to find a Jack Russel that was in need of a home. His name was "Boo". She called me, And I laughed at her.(We have never been small dog people)We were to go look at him the next day.
When we met "Boo" we thought we were just looking at him. But his Mommy liked us so much she wanted him to go home with us! Mom of course was immediately in love. We went straight to the pet store!
"Boo" was originally a puppy mill dog sold to a pet store when he was only 4 weeks old. All his litter died at the pet store. A nice vet saved him and started bottle feeding him. The vet then re-homed him with a friend that was in need of a dog. "Boo" lived with them for over a year. She had to get rid if him because of a back injury.
So a week after Christmas Dad got the best present ever!
When we first got "Boo" we figured he would just be a pet. But he had other things in mind. We soon realized that he knew when Mom's Blood Sugar levels got too high and would alert her. Mom looked into making him a Medical Alert Service Dog. And after very little training..."Boo" is now Mom's Medical Alert Service Dog, and goes everywhere with us.
"Boo" gets all the attention everywhere we go! And we get so many questions about him, So we deciced to make this..."Boo's Blog"

Now we were very impressed with the sea horse exhibit, Everyone else was happier with looking at "Boo". So I was able to get great pictures with no one in my way.
